Salt&Pepper Cell





Created by Antrepo Design Industry as "Salt&Pepper Cell" and it is like a D size battery also the dimensions too. Material used is stainless steel and glass, the power indicators on the sides correlate to the amount of spices left in the shakers, before refill time. The color options are Red&Turquoise or Black&white.

Style Wars DVD redesign











Nice album redesign by Alex Goose.

This is a redesign for the dvd packaging of "Style Wars." It's a documentary about the birth of graffiti in New York in 1982 and how it contributed to the rise of hip-hop culture in the late 80's. My concept was to convey the feeling of the time period through color and texture. The black and white photography symbolizes the grit and bleak tone of the project housing complexes in NY. The color symbolizes the hope and positivity that hip-hop brought to the community.

Good-bye to Design Packaging's Lux Kit

Design Packaging's 25th anniversary is coming up which gives us the perfect excuse to redesign our marketing materials. As excited as I am to be working on the new kit, I am sad to see last year's kit edged out by a newer, faster, younger, and better looking model.
The 2008 Luxury Retail Packaging Kit was completely designed from the recipient’s perspective. Putting yourself on the consumer’s side of the equation, as opposed to the designer's side, allows you to understand the anticipation of the entire unveiling process.

Leftover Packaging




Clara Lindsten's interesting project on which is regarded as useless, to see it's potential and to turn it into something useful. The first step was to explore the magnitude of waste production. The leftovers are often clean and repetitive with as high quality as the manufactured products. They have been categorized and looked upon as materials,serving as a basis for an experimental design process.

Production of IV-bags generate inflatable cut-offs. The only addition that is needed for the leftovers to function as packaging for liquid, is one weld on the top and one weld on the bottom as well as a print explaining the content. Schampo, conditioner and soap are made to give showering a touch of selfmedication. The bags can be used as refill or as they are, hanging in the shower. The content stays in the package when it is open, due to surface tension.

Beer holder contains water which can be put into the freezer.

Once it is frozen put it back into the aluminum base, and enjoy a cold beer.


Luis Luna, a designer in Mexico, came up with this innovative beer crate that I could imagine taking it to the beach myself to enjoy a few ice cold bottles of beer!
